• Preparedness Activities

  The Medical Reserve Corps are units of volunteers being organized to provide Public Health Preparedness at the local level. Most units are organized thru local and county health departments to assist with mass immunizations and with surge capacity in local communities.

  An additional group, the USPHS Auxillary is being organized to provide identified and credentialed individuals who would be willing to respond to emergencies outside their local communities.
